Refund Policy
We will gladly accept returns on any items that are in their original, unused, or unworn condition along with all packaging.
Should you decide to return an item (s) to Ciao Bella Candle Co., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the item to Ciao Bella Candle Co. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Due to the nature of how candles are used, items that appear to be used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds.
